NEW SUBCONTRACTORS In order to register for an account with Simply Modern Homes, LLC you must agree that: - I am a subcontractor interested in bidding on RFP's (Requests For Proposal) for Simply Modern Homes, LLC - I will thoroughly review and submit (upload) a completed SMH subcontractor packet which will be screened by SMH for completion. Any errors, omissions or deficiencies in the packet will result in delayed subcontractor approval and delayed access to the Subcontractor Portal - I agree that I may receive email communications from SMH and can change my communication preferences
